Jeffersonvilles old McDonald's is bad. Always some issue. Tonight Fillet of Fish bread was rock hard. Inedible. Fish patty ok. One half of the fries were burnt and hard. Inedible. I feel sorry for the underpaid employees. Also corporate had big nice pictures of Star Wars in the windows but the toys were pathetic plastic keychains with poor sticker faces.

It is always backed up here. The food is extra greasy & cold. I gave it 3 chances after they left 2 things out of my 1st order ever eating at this location. To many other good choices around to pick this disgusting place. PASS!!!

They will leave u sitting there we timed it this last time And we was at the speaker and waited 24 minutes without a hold on anything this place is a joke I would say go on down the street to the new one on 62 it's way better

Worst McDonald's around!Sat in line at drive thru for 18 min waiting for ordering and finally getting order.Been that way for years you can go anytime it's always the same.Can't wait to see what happens when new Hardee's opens up in old Zaxby building in the same shopping center.

It was clean, good service,good food. However the makeover inside was like sitting in a cave and depressing to sit and eat.

They do more talking then working I was the only person in the place and they still take all day

Every time through drive thru always get order wrong. Workers are rude when you try to resolve issues

One star is too much for this place. This place is a disaster! Everytime I go in there for a delivery pickup, I have to wait forever. The orders are pretty much always messed up.

No one takes your order at this one. They littlery act like you don't exist. But if one sees you they tell you to use the kiosk to order

Everyone was so nice! There was def new workers there and they were all fresh and in good moods. Asked me if they could help me and were very cheerful.

This specific location has always had the worst service, lived in the area for over 10 years and I've never been able to get my order made correctly the first time, and more than half the time the food is old tasting. Most recent experience I went for lunch around 1pm so not a super busy time for the location, I decided to go in for food, which was a mistake, I stood at the counter for more than 10 minutes while several employees looked at me directly yet no one came to take my order. And in that time door dash delivery brought 3 orders that were made incorrectly to be replaced. I do not reccomend this McDonald's in the slightest bit, the worst part is corporate has been called on numerous occasions but nothing has changed

Used the self help kiosk. Order came out fine. Bacon,egg cheese on a warm biscuit on a cold day.and coffee.

I live very close to this place, and so I go there all hours of the day and night. Regardless of the hour or time, it is invariably a long wait - much, much longer than it should be. I am talking double the wait time, NO MATTER WHEN I GO. The management is absolutely the very worst, least efficient I have seen in a long time. Subsequently, we now bypass to go to the new one farther up towards Charlestown - the service is really that poor.

Great place to get the food we ALL love to eat.#(ck) common knowledge

Slower service than any other place I've ever been. We wait 16 minutes for our food. When I asked where it was, the staff completely had a horrible attitude.

I was able to order immediately upon entering the drive thru, but, the wait was long. Also, you cannot order a Fish Filet after midnight?? It appeared that McDonalds was short staffed due to only one window operating. The employee working the window was pleasant and seemed to have a system going. My food was hot and I was appreciative of that.

It's been a while since I visited this McDonalds. They have freshened up the interior design and are now offering to bring your order to the table. They have also freshened up the menu selection as well. This was a pleasant experience.

Ugh.. take too long for to go orders.. expect 10-15min wait.. teenagers need a little more professionalism

My cheeseburgers looked like they had been left out for days. The cheeseburgers were dry and hard/chewy.

Didn't get want i ordered even after the manager voided it off the register and gor what i didn't want order taker over charges customers

This place has roaches and workers with bad attitudes. I will never be back there. I've been waiting for over a year for them to get their act together. It's not that difficult this is a failing establishment I wish they'd close down and do not understand how they are even legally allowed to operate and stay open. I'm not exaggerating. It's THAT BAD. Wish we had another MacDonald's closer than the end of Eastern.

The ordering easy and understandable. The lady was very clear to understand very patient double checked my order. The line of cars moved quickly and as it should. No problem with pain for my meal. My food was ready in a very timely manner all of it was hot which is very important. The order was what I wanted. Nothing was missed. This location is always pretty good. It has only been a few times I've had to really wait.

Charged me for an extra drink I didn't order. Then gave my daughter a happy meal for boys when I clearly said a girl. When I said something about it, the guy in drive thru pretty much shrugged his shoulders. Never again will me and any of my kids go to this particular McDonald's

Can't get orders right, when you call they hang up on you and as for open 24 hours we just sat in line for 20 minutes at the drive thru, we saw employees inside, there were 4 other cars inline as well wanting food and everyone was ignored ..great service guys...I'll be taking my business elsewhere

I went through drive through, and I thought the speaker must've been broken, as the three cars in front of us pulled through and left while the other lane was getting their orders taken. Understandable. I pulled up to the 1st window where it appeared a lady was giving her order there, which was my plan also. As I pulled to the window, the attendant said very rudely "you pulled forward without ordering" I said yes, as the speaker appeared to be malfunctioning. I was about to explain when she snapped "did you think I might be busy, now what do you want?" I was so taken aback, I didnt know what to say. I asked if they carried a specific sandwich anymore, she replied no, and I left. My wife and I have b9th worked fast food and drive through for many years. We understand malfunctioning equipment, understaffing, and stress, but never have I been treated so rudely by a fast food worker.

Never eat here in the evening! Got a rock hard microwaved sausage biscuit that was replaced with another rock hard microwaved sausage biscuit, hamburger and french fries were cold as if they had been sitting around for a few hours, yet management did nothing to rectify the issue when contacted. Found out that this Mcdonalds is privately owned so corporate will not stand behind it's product or brand-name. No manager was present at the time, and most employee's were goofing off in the dining area watching TV. I will say that in the mornings this Mcdonald does a pretty good job.

Location at Holmans and Hwy 62 in Jeffersonville is terrible. Supposed to be open 24 hrs and you go there at 3am and no one will answer drive thru. Went there tonight guy told meer to hold on a minute. 10 min later he was like what do you want... I ordered the special on the drive thru menu 2 for 4 on bacon egg and cheese mc griddle said that isn't on sale anymore. I said it is still showing on your menu out here. He said I know I just fought with the guy before you on the same issue. What happened to customer is always right...

I went there today at 11:30 with my 3 year old granddaughter. Only one person in line. I couldn’t get the self serve kiosk to work so I went to another one. Couldn’t get either to make it past the start order screen. Probably a glitch, no big deal. I tried the assistance button. No one came. Went to counter where 3 different employees looked at me including a manager but not one acknowledged me. Waited about 5 minutes like that before I finally just left. Not all progress is positive. Still need to have customer service.

This McDonald's was the dirtiest unfriendly, not well managed, McDonald's I've ever been in. Jeffersonville, IN off 10th street. Yes I did call coporate. I was appalled at the way this store looked. All I purchased was a drink. I couldn't even drink it! :(

We ordered 4 double cheeseburgers and was rung up for 4 hamburgers. Then when we corrected her it remained , when I ordered came out they were hamburgers we said we asked for cheese and got 1/2 a slice on each. For what you get charged this is rediculous. The cashier was so rude.no greeting , no thank you. Then you have the co workers who yell at each other. Just skip this place. In the photo is a picture of the double cheeseburger. As you can tell it looks like just the bun, the burgers were non existent.

I gave it 1 star only because I had to! That store gets NO stars from me! The McDonald's on the corner of Hwy 62 and Allison Ln in Jeffersonville has really went downhill! The service sucks, the food sucks and it's been this way for over a year now! I won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either!

I went into the restaurant and the service was the worst I've ever endured. There was one person ahead of me who had already placed there order and was waiting for quite sometime. The employees only cared about the drive up window. I even jad to place my own order on a touch screen monitor (germ city panel id like to call it) took all of 30 minutes to get my order and it was extremely cold. Never going back to that location.

This place dont even get a star because they was rude did not give the food you asked for and when you say something they get very mean. So i dont ask anyone to eat there.

I'd give this 0 stars if I could. Always very terrible service and crabby employees. Never a pleasant place to visit. I'll drive the extra miles to go to the one in Clarksville.

Just some advice. Not everyone wants to use the kiosk. Specially people paying with cash. I stand in a line to order at the kiosk. Then stand in another line to pay. Makes no sense at all. If this continues. I will not return.

Very lazy on 3rd shift seem to always mess somthing up or forget somthing been this way for the last 4 years ive lived in jeff.

Same good food every day but menu has become so complicated it is hard for understand.

You can put in your own order. Take a number and they will bring it to your table.

Ordered my meal from the kiosk. I got my order 15 minutes later. They called out the number and ran, the food was cold and wrong. It took forever to get someones attention to explain it was wring and cold. I waited 30 more minutes and finaly saw a manager and she said was getting drive thru cleared 1st. Drive thru had been busy since we got there. In the time she spent getting my refund she could have repacked my order. Service is awful there.

Awful experience. Bunch of chaos behind the counter. They messed up 3 customers orders before mine, then after waiting forever, they got my simple order wrong. Was dirty. Bunch of people behind the counter walking around chatting and laughing, while a large group of us waited forever for our order that was wrong. If I could go lower rating, I would. Minus 10

Had a great experience in this spot with my son. The food comes out quick and the customer service is just fantastic. Prices are fair.

Bamboozled again. This location claims to be a 24 hour one. Has not been the case every time i have gone the past two years. They are either unable to process cards after midnight or they just ignore the drive thru. Even when they use to serve more consistently they could take 45 minutes to handle five cars.If ever I get the midnight munchies I have discovered I can get faster service by going to the branch on eastern pkwy 15 minutes away rather then this location within 1 minute of me.Hope this place closes.

I'd give it 0 stars because they are just so slow and have people waiting up to half an hour for the smallest of things. They have no one up front and it's so annoying. Worst Mcdonald's ever.

20 minutes in the drive thru,, for a pie and a cone, and didn't even have apple pie. Had to get a holiday pie. Christmas gets here quicker

Absolutely one of the worst Mc Donald’s to visit! You’ll sit forever to get your food & if you have a question staff is not very friendly. Avoid this store & go elsewhere if you’re wanting fast food. If you’re in the drive thru expect to be pulled & have to go sit to wait for your food, which can be upwards of 20 mins of waiting for a burger.

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. No respect for customers. UNAPOLOGETIC. DON'T go here. Waste of time.

My food tasted like it had been sitting there for days it was hard and cold but they were very eager to replace my order and make it right

Thay have a employee working the lobby but will not take your order you have to use one of the self touch screens thats dirty and probably cuverd with flue bacteria a health hazard!!!

Placed order for 2 drinks, bacon egg and cheese Mcgriddle at 7:55 am. We got our order at 8:18am. Only 2 people in the place. Drive thru wasn't busy at all. The customer service was horrible. The employees would not even acknowledge you if you asked a question.
